The location is only 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is so convenient after a long flight. The community has excellent amenities including being gated, pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ grills, and a reserved parking space. The corner lot location is one of the best in the condo complex. Literally pool side you only have to walk out your patio gate and the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grills are right there. The gym is also right next to the condo.
